A hipocrisia no trânsito!

Só para registrar, algo que venho observando há anos e que se confirma praticamente todo feriado ou viagem em que há um grande volume de carros: muitas filas se criam pela hipocrisia!
Que hipocrisia? Como as pessoas correm muito e/ou tem medo de polícia por alguma razão que desconheço, mesmo quando a velocidade permitida é de, por exemplo, 60k/h, ao passar em frente a um posto policial TODOS diminuem para menos de 40k/h, o que gera filas enormes, para logo em seguida, ao passar o posto ou comando, retomarem a velocidade a toda!
Reparem também que além desta atitude hipócrita (por que não andar na velocidade indicada, mas sempre menos em frente aos comandos de polícia?) a ocupação pelo acostamento é outra vergonha usada pelos espertinhos de plantão que não gera nenhum problema (para eles é claro!).
Só para ilustrar, há alguns meses atrás, voltando de Campos e após comentar com meu marido o ridículo e o perigo de dezenas de carros estarem usando o acostamento para fugir do trânsito parado, vi 12 (doze!!!) carros de polícia descendo a serra. Para que? Não sei, pois todos estavam usando…o acostamento!!!! Ou seja, um comboio de carros de polícia dando o péssimo exemplo, no lugar de punir os “assassinos” potenciais.
Para finalizar, que tal alguém me responder: por que os carros (principalmente os caros e importados) podem alcançar 220, 250 ou até 300 quilômetros por hora se em nenhuma estrada brasileira (e na maior parte do mundo) se pode andar além de 120?

Já estive visitando este seu site em outras ocasiões e gosto dele por exprimir realidades do dia-a-dia de uma forma bastante humilde, simples e ao mesmo tempo forte e imponente.
Sou Gestor de Unidade Móvel, Gestor de Trânsito (DENATRAN/EAD), Educador para o Trânsito (EAD) e Palestrante nessa área, e como tal gostaria de deixar aqui o meu parecer sobre este seu tema.
Primeiramente quero deixar bem claro que concordo plenamente contigo no sentido de que realmente há muita hipocrisia no trânsito por parte de condutores e pelos que tem a obrigação e o dever legal de fazê-lo fluir concordemente e com mais e maior concientização e segurança.
Hipocrisia, basicamente significa: Fazer Deliberadamente e Propositadamente o Que É Errado, Estando Plenamente Conscio do Que É Correto/Certo… É Apresentar uma Virtude, Uma Imagem, Uma Postura ou Conduta Que Não Se Tem, Que Não Condiz Com a Realidade do Nosso Ser…
E isso é evidente qdo os condutores (e até mesmo pedestres) adotam postura de conduta ao contrário ás Leis, Normas, Regras, Diretrizes e Bom-Senso; e qdo as autoridades cedem a propinas, deixam de agir concordemente com suas funções, etc.
No entento… Reduzir a Velocidade ao Passar Por Um Posto Rodoviário e/ou Blitz da Polícia Não É Hipocrisia!
Trata-se na verdade de um Comportamento Adequado… Demonstra Respeito ás Autoridades Devidamente Constituídas… Mostra Nossa Submissão Colaboração Obediência Voluntária e Nossa Passividade…
Ex.: Vc está a 80Km/h numa rodovia onde a velocidade máxima permitida é de 80Km/h. Ao se aproximar de uma base militar verá placas informativas orientando para no sentindo de que deve reduzir a sua velocidade para 60, 40 ou 30 Km/h. Ao passar pela base vc retorna á velocidade máxima permitida para aquela pista (80Km/h)… ESTÁ TUDO BEM!… ESTÁ TUDO DENTRO DO NORMAL!. Se os agentes estiverem na pista parando os veículos para transmitir uma orientação e/ou mesmo para averiguação, será muito mais fácil, prático e seguro para todos os condutores que estiverem nas imediações, pararem se isso for solicitado pelos agentes. Porém se vc passar pela base rodoviária, militar ou blitz a 80Km/h e o agente solicitar sua parada, provavelmente vc só irá conseguir estacionar com SEGURANÇA a uns 100 metros da base. Se passar pela base a 80Km/h é bem provável que os agentes venham atrás de ti com as viaturas e com as sirenes ligadas. Ou podem solicitar que a próxima base a detenha. Resultado: Multa e Perda de Pontos na CNH.
O princípio envolvido aqui é o RESPEITO. Um caso similar é qdo nos deparamos com um acidente na pista de rolamento ou qdo nos aproximamos de uma travessia férrea (Nível), ou qdo o condutor a nossa frente está efetuando uma manobra de conversão, parada ou está estacionando.
Espero ter contribuído para um melhor entendimento sobre esse assunto.

Agradeço seus esclarecimentos, importantes, mas se não me fiz entender corretamente, tento fazâ-lo agora: não me referia à diminuição de velocidade em locais onde isto é solicitado por meio de placas ou solicitação de algum agente. Falo de locais onde não há restrições e a simples presença de um agente de trânsito, mesmo nos locais “onde a velocidade permitida não tem indicação alguma de ser diminuída” acaba ocorrendo, com o motorista brecando em cima para passar mais devagar, mesmo que o permitido seja uma velocidade maior.
Não se trata do respeito à legislação, pois quando ela existe ela deve sim ser respeitada (e eu sou uma das que respeita), mas dos casos de hipocrisia mesmo.
De qualquer forma, seu esclarecimento é bem-vindo e maravilhoso.
