Fazer o bem sem olhar a quem?

Aprendi desde pequena que temos que buscar fazer o bem, que a decisão do que fazer e para quem fazer é livre arbítrio e o importante é ter a consciência de ter feito aquilo que se achou que deveria ser feito.
Não sou perfeita, longe disso, mas tenho tentado, verdadeiramente, ser melhor amanhã do que fui hoje e cuidar com justiça e dignidade todos os meus colaboradores, da vida ou das nossas empresas.
Decepções? Tive várias, vindas de pessoas pelas quais talvez eu tenha feito por elas mais do que costumo, de quem nunca esperei um golpe e pensava que tinham por mim carinho, respeito e até admiração genuínos.
Por isso, cheguei a ouvir que eu era ingênua e que tratar muito bem não é boa tática patronal. Ou seja, parto do princípio que as pessoas são boas, ou honestas, a priori e não a posteriori, dando a todos inclusive o benefício da dúvida.
E olha que eu sou exigente, pego no pé, cobro mesmo: sou de fato uma “gerentona” que sabe fazer uma equipe produzir e dar o melhor de si, mas para quem dou todo respaldo e estou lá, junto! Somos sempre avaliados com notas muito altas, os clientes e fornecedores acham que somos uma grata exceção!
Por vezes posso até passar do ponto por querer que tudo saia sempre certo e o melhor possível, mas acho que todos só ganham com isso, incluindo os próprios colaboradores, mesmo com o desgaste que gera e sei que isso não é comum, mas é do meu espírito e de meu marido e este espírito encarna nosso trabalho, sempre!
Chegaram a me dizer que tratar muito bem, ou ajudar quem trabalha comigo gera ingratidão e comportamentos abusados. Vivo com e sei que tem gente boa, sim, que dá valor e retribui com o coração e a disponibilidade, dentro de seus limites, mas com o caminhar também já vi de tudo e, por isso, não acho mais que sejam a maioria, pelo menos no meu país, infelizmente…
Tenho respondido que se isso for verdade, ou seja, que é melhor desconfiar de todos e não me preocupar com os outros, além de sentir tristeza e desesperança, continuo achando que a errada não sou eu!
Ajudo quando posso e acho válido, aposto nas pessoas e tomei, sim, várias bordoadas, mas quem fez isso comigo perdeu mais do que eu. O tempo e a vida se encarregam de provar. Afinal, sei que eu fiz a minha parte!
