É justo o brasileiro não poder assistir finais de campeonatos de seleção brasileira de outros esportes?

No último fim de semana pude acompanhar as finais da liga de vôlei masculina (que perdemos para a Rússia, mas foi um jogão) e nossa despedida da Copa de Futebol Feminino, por meio de canal por assinatura.
Enquanto isso, nos canais abertos só se viu caldeirões, programas de estrelas e filmes de quinta categoria, enfim, a mesmice para ludibriar a classe C e D.
Não acho justo que uma empresa compre os direitos de exibição de jogos de nossas seleções e decida que não vai transmitir (e isso ACONTECE DIRETO) ou só quem pode ver é o assinante que paga o sinal a cabo. Tirando o futebol…
Se o canal não quer passar o evento para não atrapalhar sua programação, por lei deveria ser obrigado a repassar a outro canal aberto. Pelo menos nos esportes e campeonatos de expressão de nossas seleções de esportes mais populares, democratizando o acesso da população aos jogos de suas seleções! Vocês não acham também?
